In addition, she is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse. Ms. Dilks is a Visiting Lecturer and teaches counseling courses at McNeese State University, Department of Psychology. Whiteman, Ph.D. Dr. Whiteman received a Ph.D. in psychology from Indiana State University in Terre Haute, Indiana. Since 1981, he has served as an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at McNeese State University in Lake Charles.
